New standalone SCE Eval App in the works

Project Update

While the current quick demos (Claude artifacts + blueprint PDF with AI assistance) give some base idea of the SCE, the demo files still lack in many ways and are not capable to utilize even the base capabilities of the architecture.

So I've decided to start creating a proper standalone SCE demo / eval app, most likely on top of Tauri v2 (Windows, Linux, macOS) after the holidays.
