Add Root URL #3
Description
sat-api will return links at the root URL. However the {proxy+} method currently used captures the path submitted to the API, but this does not include root.
The branch https://github.com/sat-utils/sat-api-deployment/tree/deploy-rooturl is a first attempt at trying to add what's needed to the CloudFormation template.
