inputstream.ffmpegdirect and inputstream.rtmp

Thanks for compiling _inputstream.adaptive_ for webOS 3.x which works great.

Would you be able to compile _inputstream.ffmpegdirect_ and _inputstream.rtmp_ too as the versions in the minimal package don't work.
