Transfer files failed

When i‘m on the webls manager and wanna put the files in or create a new file, always the same problem shows up it says "failed to upload the file permission denied“

Hi,
If the files cannot be copied, this is probably due to missing write permissions. Which version of webOS is installed on your device? Have you rooted your device?
If not, please try installing the add-ons as normal as ZIP files.
