SF says updates available. But Mod Manager lists none with updates

It appears to only be affected when dependencies are updates, but Mod manager doesn't see any updates.

Oh and I cannot update/download/uninstall any mods now. Generates an error message for all activities in mod manager except running the game.

Think I may have figured out my problem. I deleted my profile in SMM and created a new one, then selected a few mods I wanted which downloaded successfully without error.

I suspect the error may have been generated by a mod that is no longer compatible or something became corrupt in my profile.
