Migrate to PIP installer (Wheel)

1. After migrating to PySide, no dependencies on SIP/PyQt should be left on the code.
2. Migate to a PIP installable package

All dependencies to SIP/PyQt4 have been erased. The installation script depends only on pip packages.

This issue means that the client gets published as a PIP package or a Wheel. I have not dug a lot into this problem, but basically we will have to take a look at how to migrate to a Wheel/structured project:
