Define ES community north star, tools, goals and metrics with guidance from Sahr.

• working on 1 on 1 outreach for contributors
• reaching out to 75-100 potential contributors via LinkedIn, Twitter, different niche groups that feature Selenium
• Sahr will send a template for a 3 part email sequence to send out
• the fellows will need to find a time to record some content (via Zoom) that can be broken into video snippet content
• Sahr will help break the Twitter Space audio into small audio snippets we can turn into promo content
