Map spec to tags #89

Hello,
similar to the assets which can be reported for a specific spec file, we have the requirement to adapt the tags to the reported spec file. So, instead of having a static list of tags used for all spec files, we want dynamically define the tags for each spec file.
Is this a feature which is supported already, since I've not found a way to do it?
If not, does it make sense for you to have a feature like that? If yes, I could provide a pull request providing this feature, since I've built this already for our internal repos with help of 'patch-package'.
