Issue Upon Install - MacOS

Greetings, I ran into this issue when attempting to install the whisper-writer program. This error appears after running the pip install -r requirements.txt
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement PyQt5-Qt5==5.15.2 (from versions: 5.15.11, 5.15.12, 5.15.13, 5.15.14, 5.15.15, 5.15.16) ERROR: No matching distribution found for PyQt5-Qt5==5.15.2

Any ideas? Thanks :)
