Not working / Request to improve usage instructions in the README.md

The plugin doesn't work or I'm doing something wrong because there are no detailed instructions.
Please point me out if I'm doing wrong steps. 😿

How to reproduce:

• Install plugin from marketplace
• Restart Logseq
• Create logseq-github-plugin-page
• Generate PAT with full repo-area permissions granted
• Create logseq-github-plugin-repo-repossitory
• Create an issue with testing in title / body / comments and logseq-todo-list-label
• Setting up plugin like this:
