move confidence-rxjava3, confidence-mockito4 and confidence-incubator to separate repo #176
Description
Some modules appear to be fairly stable and mature and it's time for a 1.0.0 release. Some modules don't seem to be that stable and mature yet and they probably should stay at a major 0 version.
It seems to be a good idea to move the less mature modules to a separate repo and continue developing them with a 0 major version, while the mature modules could jump to 1.0.0.
