Private GitHub repositories

The build isn't created correctly because it can't access the private repositories. I don't see where https://github.com/sbidoul/runboat/blob/main/src/runboat/kubefiles/runboat-clone-and-install.sh uses the GitHub token, or if this is inferred in some other way. The point is that the build builds for the public repositories without issue and works, but for the private repositories, it fails because it can't be cloned due to permission issues.
