Support for publishing PlantUml #36
Description
https://github.com/joethei/obsidian-plantuml adds support of PlantUml to Obsidian but attempts to publish to quip with an embedded plantuml rendering currently fail. It would be nice if publishing to quip exported the plantuml diagram to a png / svg and then used that in the published quip.
