Decide the name of the package

The proposed package would allow encoding of Stochastic Differential Equations (SDEs) in SBML. As such, the proposed name of the package is “sde”.

The names are normally 3-4 characters (e.g., fbc, comp, qual, dist)-
I could imagine to use sdes to account for the plural and to distinguish from other abbreviations (SDE: software development engineer). But for me sde is also very good. Especially because other tools/software use this to abbreviate stochastic differential equation.
