The context menu does not respond to the first right click

The first time i right click, a window flashes in the upper left corner, but no context menu.

Unfortunately I am unable to spend the required time on improving and fixing the extension.

Work has started on a complete rewrite migrating to the new visual studio extension system, but that is also evolving at a slow pace...

Do know this extension is not abandoned! I use it myself on a daily basis. I will get to fixing these issue, I just don't know on what time frame...
