Lost shortcuts

Versions:
VS : 2017 Community
TSVN : 1.9

I set different shortcuts for TSVN .commit(entire repository) and TSVN .commit(single file), and sometimes one shortcut of them lost after VS2017 started.
It has occurred 3 times this week, but I've not been able to find a stable way to reproduce it.
