In some cases, players cannot be banned

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1. Select the Player Commands tab
2. Click 'Ban'
3. Than Web page panel error

What happens?

The WebPanel show "Can't get player info for 叮叮当当. Player is not on the server anymore!"

What were you expecting to happen?

Plugin bans players normally
