i have tried a vpn, but these links also not available.

is there any other mirror sites will help, or other methods to install this plugin?

I think the better question is, is there a way to build it on our own, but did not find a way. Please let me know if you find a way to get this, since to build scala-ide I need a working repository or self build equinox-weaving-launcher.
