chore: Add @nowarn annotation to LazyVals. (#22270)

Unsafe is planned to be removed in future  Java versions.

Motivication:

Makes it compile on JDK 23

Add `@nowarn("cat=deprecation")`

Result:
Compiles successfully on JDK 23
