Adapt existing drivers for Aether

The Iot.Device.Bindings library from dotnet/iot supports some sensors that are applicable to Aether. ObservableSensor implementations of these should be built.

Good candidates are:

• BMxx80 temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, VOC sensor.
• MH-Z19B CO₂ sensor
• CCS811 VOC sensor
