* added docsstrings to boundingBox class

* add docstrings to Layer class

* added docstrings for Dataset and RemoteDataset classes

* more doc strings

* disable parameter headings in docs

* converted several other docstrings into google style format

* add docstrings for Annotation class

* more doc strings

* fix formatting
