Path scans have several issues that should be resolved

• If a single mag fails, nothing is stored for the entire dataset
• paths (not realpaths) should already be determined in datasource.fromDisk
• support for realpaths for attachments
• should possibly not be extra request but be part of datasource original scan / report?
