Disable volume annotation for excluded mags #9410
Description
When annotating large structures in a coarse mag, it is suggested to restrict the available mags for the volume annotation layer (for example exclude mags 1 to 16) to avoid performance issues.
However, it is still possible to annotate in those mags which has several downsides:
- Due to the unnecessarily fine mag, unneeded work is being done
- The volume interpolation feature does not work as intended
- The brush preview does not reflect the actually labeled voxels
Therefore, I would suggest to disable most volume annotation tools for these restricted/excluded mags.
