[Bug] Maven central hosted project doesn't appear on scaladex

I made a small project here: https://github.com/mghmay/play-json-shaper

I made sure to add scm information in the pom and the artifact name follows naming conventions: https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/io.github.mghmay/play-json-shaper_2.13

I have a scaladex account linked to my github account, nothing appears there.

Expected behavior

I would like my maven central hosted library to appear on scaladex.

Current Behavior

It doesn't appear.

To help me debug why the indexer might be missing this artifact, could you please paste the exact block from your published POM file here?

Scaladex uses the information to link Maven artifacts to GitHub repositories, and the parser can sometimes be sensitive to specific formats (e.g., git@ vs https://, trailing slashes, or .git extensions).

Having the exact XML snippet you used will help us reproduce the parsing logic locally and identify if there is a mismatch.

I used this plugin to automatically generate the pom: https://github.com/sbt/sbt-ci-release.

I reproduced the issue locally, it was indeed the parser failing on the shorthand SCM format generated by sbt-ci-release.

I just opened a PR (linked above) to fix this. It adds support for connection strings like scm:git@github.com..., so once it's merged, your project should be indexed correctly! Thanks again for Reporting
