Add a way to get documentation for symbol

Tasty files contains documentation for symbols. And there are docstring which allows to get it in scala3 reflection.

Would it be possible to add the same ability to tasty query?

It's probably possible, yes. Not sure I'll have time to invest into this in the near future, though.

If we had access to addr of symbol we can read comment section separately.

No, this is not the philosophy of this library. This library abstracts away everything there is to know about the format, and only exposes semantic information. You'll notice that the type Addr itself is private. In terms of API the only thing that should change is a new member Symbol.docString.
