How does Metals choose bloop version?

How does Metals decide which Bloop version to use, and when will it switch to the newest release?

The latest Bloop has a bugfix I need.

I know I can manually configure bloop version in the vscode GUI settings, but from a deployment point of view, this is awkward as I'd have to communicate to all my colleagues how to do this, so better to wait.

The default version is set inside metals and we bump it manually. Once new release is out the Bloop version should also be updated automatically for users. I will need to make a new release soon, probably next week

We change it after every Bloop release.
