Add subset of Akamai domains to the PSL (publicsuffix#1701)

* Add some Akamai domains which are used across multiple customers
to the Public Suffix List.

* Remove the {com,net.mdc}.$akamaidomain entries

Switch to a smaller pull request that doesn't include {com,net.mdc}.$akamaidomain entries to avoid concerns with those.
Will leave the full PR in the pipeline as well.
