Add links in the documentation section of each commands

### Description

It would be helpful for AI agents to have a link to larger documentation when the embedded documentation inside the CLI is lacking bigger tutorials.

### How I imagine scw could expose this functionality

In each help command it would be helpful to add a section containing additional links to more content
