Add support for --verbose flag that would be an alias to the --debug flag

### Description

People might be used to use a `--verbose` flag to trigger additional logging when using a CLI tool. We already have support for a `--debug` flag it would be helpful to add an alias on it for verbose to not loose people.

### How I imagine scw could expose this functionality
