Add support for linux/arm64 on Docker image : https://hub.docker.com/r/scaleway/cli

How I imagine scw could expose this functionality

scw CLI already supports ARM64.
Scaleway now have many ARM64 Instances available.
Please provide a ARM64 Docker Image, or best a multi-arch Docker image
