To fix the problem, add a
permissionsblock to the workflow to explicitly specify the minimal required permissions for theGITHUB_TOKEN. Since the workflow publishes releases (which requires writing to repository contents), setcontents: writeat the workflow level. This ensures the workflow has only the permissions it needs and adheres to the principle of least privilege. Thepermissionsblock should be added at the top level of the workflow file, just after thename:field and before theon:field.Suggested fixes powered by Copilot Autofix. Review carefully before merging.
