Add vh/vh or % to the width and height properties

Selfexplanatory title. I am not using tailwind for the project in question (sadly the guy who's helping me out never learned it...) so I am stuck using Vanila CSS, so being able to use vw/vh or even % would make it way easier for responsive design :)
