How to recognize Chinese on Ventura ?

Hey, there
I found a solution from previous issues, by using "ocr -l zh-Hans".
But it seems to only work on Catalina? My OS version is Ventura, where the command doesn't work at all, it returns messy strings when the screenshot contains Chinese.
