Have the methods from this paper been incorporated into probnum? 

According to the [README](https://github.com/schmidtjonathan/probabilistic-ssm#note):

> numerics.org/en/latest/). Since ProbNum is under development and thus subject to regular changes, the paper code has 
> yet to be adapted in parts.

Can we now run this example in probnum?
