git module - add section about ssh key

Students at our hub are encountering permission issues when pushing their local branch to GitHub because they have not configured an SSH key. I refer them to our intranet lab tutorial, but we could add the details directly to the module.

Your lab tutorial is a great summary for the github docs! It would be great to update this to the module.

Just to follow-up on this : I hit the same issue this year, and pointed students towards a Software Carpentry resource : https://swcarpentry.github.io/git-novice/07-github.html#ssh-background-and-setup

Maybe this is a point towards switching this module towards another maintained Software Carpentry lesson.
