On double-click on noj-2-uber.jar , open a little heads-up window

When I double-click on the downloaded noj-2-uber.jar, it silently starts and dutifully creates a notebooks directory. It would be great to see some small window saying "hello" (maybe with a quit button).

With noj-2-beta19.1-uber.jar, a browser window opens. Thus the user sees that a process was started. Still: the user cannot stop the process in an obvious way.

There are several options here.

1. State in docu, that "noj.jar" is supposed to run from CLI, as it has 'parameters' which cannot be set when "double click"
   and we could just document this (and it is supposed to be terminated via "control-c") or be "killed in task manager"

2. if we would show a GUI window, this would as well open when run from CLI....which is as well a bug. It seems very hard to detect "if run from CLI" and do the right thing automatically. (maybe it can be done: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1403772/how-can-i-check-if-a-java-programs-input-output-streams-are-connected-to-a-term)

3. convert noj to a real app with GUI, which allows to set all clay options via GUI, maybe as its own "noj-app.jar"
   (but having a GUI which only starts clay seems weired)

4. make an different jar, "noj-gui.jar" which always show the GUI window (and maybe does not allow at all to pass clay parameters) So this is "made for" getting started without parameters and via double-click)
   This window would be empty.... which s a strange thing as well. But probably we can "report" 'clay was started" or similar.

I tend to prefer 1), because fegloj is existing and can be considered the "noj with GUI" tool.
Maybe fegloj should have an option to not open "clooj", so it is then the same as noj.
(or feglooj produces two jars, one with clooj, one without)

I still have the opinion that "noj" should be a library, not an app.
And we do the "jar" mainly as being a Clojupyter kernel (I know that it can start clay as well, so be used without clojupyter)
(This change slipt in, as did not pay attention.)

Which I think should be changed by PR #193 and having 2 uber jars for noj
