fix mobile view cutoff

Story

on mobile view, there is a strip of white that persists along the right edge of the page. this should not be there.
it does not show up if you adjust the browser window to a mobile size, no matter how small. you have to actually inspect the page from the view of a mobile phone to see it in browser.

Acceptance Criteria

• the elements on each page extend the full width of the screen on mobile
• this work is added to the phenovista project
