Drop python 3.9? Add python 3.14 soon?

Coffea will drop 3.9 support very soon in master branch and as far as I'm aware, most packages are currently dropping support for it (histogramming for example).
Should we drop the 3.9 ci to be compatible?

Should also add 3.14 ci soon as soon as all packages are compatible with it.
