Conda-forge

Just wondering if there's any intention to submit this package (or all of scikit-tda) into the conda-forge channel on Anaconda. It'd likely help newcomers avoid the headaches from dependency issues

ripser.py is currently the only sciki-tda project available on conda-forge. That is also the only package with extension modules in C/C++ and therefore is os and architecture dependent. We can add the others if it would be helpful, but installing those tends to be much simpler.
