Clarify relationship to existing protocols

The overview draft is missing a quick explanation of how SCION relates to existing protocols (i.e., does it replace BGP or not?)

I mentioned we moved a more detailed analysis of the relationship with existing protocols to the component analysis draft. We should either better reference the other draft, or include a short sentence on this.
