Spending less time on PySCIPOpt to focus on my PhD

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update: this year, I won’t be as active in maintaining PySCIPOpt, since I want to focus on finishing my PhD.

That said, I’ll still try to keep an eye on things when possible, but responses to issues, pull requests, and new feature requests may take longer than usual.
