List of scikits broken

Just wanted to report that the automatic list of scikits at http://scikits.appspot.com/scikits , linked from https://svn.scipy.org/topical-software.html is currently broken, not resolving. Not sure of the status of svn.scipy.org, but in any case the page is still accessible and the list is useful information.

There is unfortunately a lot on that page that is outdated. It could use more maintenance. Maybe it should be changed to a plain README in a standalone repo so it's easier to update? A curated list has value, but it's not something I'd like to have on scipy.org anymore or have the SciPy maintainers be responsible for.
