Transfer repo to asciidoctor

After a longer pause I updated the screenshot extension to work with the latest asciidoctorj version (1.5.8.1).

Additionally I created examples in this repo on how to setup a maven or gradle build using the screenshot extension.

I would like to ask if it would be possible to move this repo from my personal space to the asciidoctor organization.

Experience has taught me that when I graduate projects, unless there is a strong culture of handing the project from one maintainer to the next, it just ends up becoming another project I have to maintain. To help with that, we might consider making an asciidoctor-contrib organization which more clearly indicates that these are not official Asciidoctor projects, but still give them a space to live and encourage collaboration. If you are interested in that idea, please raise a topic under #community in the chat and we can discuss it there.
