Breaks fixed positioning of entire page

Anything put inside of the page container has its positioning broken. You cannot apply fixed positioning to anything inside of the wrapper that gets pushed or to the menu itself.

This is a serious drawback. Can this please be addressed so we do not have to abandon this plugin?

Having the same issue with Bootstrap fixed menu on scroll.

Know I'm late to the party but this sounds like an issue with the layout of your page -- specifically the use of the position CSS property -- and not so much the plugin itself.

I'd read up on how position relative & absolute and how position relative & fixed interact.
