Using an 32x8 Matrix LED

Hi, I got it to work on my ESP32 and it's awesome, thanks!
However, the effects are not working on correctly on a Matrix yet. I know that the NeoPixelBus library has the ability to understand a Matrix topology, but I don't have the skills to do it, maybe we could work on that?

Or maybe it could be added in the future without my input.
