Integrate EnMAP data (Research, cross ref with fire events, get imagery)

- Do research on resolution (spectral, spatial, radiometric) 
- Cross reference existing fire data (json events)
- Figure out to scrape images
- Do it in fetch.py 
- Expose CLI option
