Request from Season X and Newer

Description:
Add the ability to mark a show request starting from a specific season (e.g., Season 3+) so that all future seasons (3, 4, 5, etc.) are automatically requested when they are added.

This allows users who are already up to date with earlier seasons to only follow new content going forward, without needing to manually request each new season as it drops.

Expected Behavior:

• User selects “Request from Season X and newer” when requesting a show.
• The system automatically monitors for new seasons starting from that number.
• When a new season is detected (e.g., Season 4, 5, etc.), Sonarr is updated or a new request is created automatically.
• Even if earlier seasons (e.g., Season 3) are later deleted, future seasons (4, 5, etc.) will still be requested automatically.
• The original requester remains linked to those future season requests for tracking and approval purposes.
• Optionally limited to returning series only (status: Continuing).
• If a show changes to Ended or Canceled, the system automatically disables the “auto-follow” rule after a customizable grace period (e.g., 30 days by default).
• Admins can configure the grace period globally or per user/request (e.g., 7, 14, 30, 60 days).
• After the grace period expires, the system stops checking for new seasons and can automatically clean up related requests if they no longer meet rule conditions.

Example:

• User requests Attack on Titan → marks as “Season 3+.”
• Season 3 exists → Sonarr monitors it.
• Season 4 releases → automatically requested for the same user.
• Season 5 releases later → automatically requested again.
• If Season 3 gets deleted, the automation still requests Season 4+ when available.
• If the show status changes to Ended and stays that way for the defined grace period (e.g., 30 days), the auto-follow rule is disabled.
• The requester is still tracked, allowing automated cleanup or retention rules (e.g., media deletion after inactivity) to function correctly.

Why This Is Useful:

• Reduces manual re-requests for ongoing series.
• Keeps Sonarr and request management in sync automatically.
• Maintains user context (who requested it) across future seasons.
• Prevents unnecessary automation on ended/canceled series.
• Simplifies maintenance by ensuring each media item has a requester, allowing automatic cleanup once retention or deletion rules apply.
