Description

If a TV series contains a season with zero episodes [eg. Outlander, Season 8], the series has a state of "Partially Available" even though all other, non-special episodes are available.

There might be an argument to be made that the metadata needs to be fixed. However, bad metadata should be ignored and not confuse the end user. In support of this belief is the fact that zero-episode seasons are not shown elsewhere in the UI [eg. the request dialog, the season list, ...]

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add all episodes of a series that has a zero episode season on TMDB [eg Outlander]
2. [optionally] Run the Plex Full Library Scan job
3. The series will show "Partially Available", even though all non-special episodes are available
