Intro notebook not in docs

[This intro notebook](https://github.com/scverse/spatialdata-notebooks/blob/main/notebooks%2Fexamples%2Fsdata_from_scratch.ipynb) 
doesn't show in the docs.

I'll fix this at the next release.
