Nodetool disableautocompaction has no effect

Having :

CREATE KEYSPACE keyspaceFoo WITH replication = {'class': 'SimpleStrategy', 'replication_factor': '1'};

And :

nodetool disableautocompaction keyspaceFoo tableX tableY tableX_index tableY_index

In order to load some initial data as fast as possible.
It has no effect and compaction of these tables is happening all the time.
